Dear Bullard Parents,
Welcome Back!!! Hope everyone had a fun and relaxing summer. To all the new families, I am Caroline Brodeur and I am the school nurse here at Bullard. This is my fifth school year here and am very happy that you are with us this year.
I am in the School Clinic each day from 7:30-2:30. Children who become ill, injured or need to have medications during the day come to me. If the illness or injury is of a more serious nature, the parent or emergency contact is called.
I have a clinic card for each child in the school. The card lists emergency contact numbers and health conditions. Please make sure your child has one on file and that all emergency numbers are up to date.
If you are contacted to pick your child up, please remember to come within an hour of the call.
Please note: A sick child should not be at school. Please do not send your child to school if they have a fever or have vomited in the last 24 hours. Cobb County Policy states that a child may not return to school unless they are fever free without taking fever reducing meds, or have not vomited within the last 24 hours.
